| SVHC CUSTOMER STATEMENT |

The European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) has proposed a list of Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) available on ECHA website. Article 33(1) of the REACH Regulation states that manufacturers and importers of articles (products) are required to notify their customers of the presence of any Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) in their products exceeding 0.1% by weight.

Please be advised that, based on the information available to us from our raw material suppliers, none of the products manufactured and assembled in our factory contain any of the candidate list of SVHC substances listed since 14 January 2010.
According to our records, no Maflon products contain a candidate listed substance at > 0.1 wt%. To the best of our knowledge, none of these materials are generated during production. Because we do not expect these materials to be present, we do not run any analysis on our raw materials or our finished products to measure for these materials.
